Role Description

Are you passionate, full of positive energy and a strong team player? We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual that is starting out in their Sales career to join our expanding London team! This is a new business, customer acquisition role, which involves the identification, qualification and contracting of new customers onto Volo’s new platform. The role will involve working closely with the marketing and product teams to identify sales opportunities by uncovering customer problems and challenges and leading customers through the sales cycle to engage with and buy the Volo platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging suspects to create new pipeline.
  • Develop prospects and qualifying opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process to win new customers in line with activity and commercial targets.
  • Work with marketing to design business development initiatives.
  • Work with the product team and contribute to customer insight; be an internal customer champion.
  • Negotiate sales to close new business.
  • Use SFDC and observe sales operations protocols.

  • Experience of SFDC (Sales Force)
  • A successful track record of sales and new business acquisition in the relevant vertical / sector e.g. fashion marketing technology or apparel ecommerce platforms.
